These renovation projects involved working with frail, elderly tenants in place. Safety and sensitivity to the needs of the tenants were key requirements of the contractor. In addition, performing the work on-time and on-budget were also extremely important. Kevin did an exceptional job as project manager for each of these projects. He was organized, methodical and completed each project at the budgeted amount and within the time frame promised. The Middletown, RI project was particularly challenging in time and complexity (two years pre-construction and construction) and involved rebuilding many of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems from the "inside out" while keeping the facility operational and the residents safe.
